INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Receiving Clerk at the IFA Country Store in Elko, Nevada. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<ul><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Check in all incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Able to use computer and company software.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Able to follow IFA receiving procedures.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Resolve any differences in receipts with vendor, category manager, and accounts payable department.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Label all incoming product with a bar code pricing label.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Set and maintain product locations in company computer inventory system.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Assist category managers in defective returns by returning them in a timely manner.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Work and communicate well with co-workers. Treat co-workers with respect.</li><li style="color:#262626;line-height:110%">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Able to lift up to 70-80 lbs. often during shift. Climb an 8-rung ladder when necessary. Able to be on your feet for 8 hours during shift. Able to stoop, bend, lift, push, pull, walk, and stretch repeatedly during shift. Handle stress while performing job functions and dealing with dissatisfied customers. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages and use basic math skills. Work around and handle hazardous material properly. --------------------<ul><li>Aurora S34 system processing</li><li>Open field service jobs for billable work, warranty and jobs for other areas of parts & service</li><li>Open N00 jobs for new units; PDI, warranty, other work to be performed on the new unit</li><li>Maintain/track open field service jobs</li><li>Order parts and/or outside services</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for orders</li><li>Process all system and hard copy documentation for all WIP orders</li><li>Open lps tickets for expediting, pricing, etc.</li><li>Prepare quotes and invoices and/or close field service and WIP jobs</li><li>Follow up with Sandvik internally as required to satisfy the requirements of WIP</li><li>Answer internal and customer inquiries on service, parts availability, delivery times and status of orders</li><li>Enter technician labor in EQL</li><li>Look up parts, pricing and availability to provide quotes to customers for service work and audits</li><li>Open/assist jobs with parts needed from stock equipment</li><li>Provide monthly reports for team and customers</li><li>EQ / IT</li><li>Open/maintain branches in aurora</li><li>Maintain/create technicians in aurora</li><li>Maintain labor cost and sell rate in aurora</li><li>Maintain user parameters, team authorizations and user/branch authorities</li><li>Train/Assist coworkers in aurora when issues arise, and they need assistance</li><li>Assist co-workers with getting access to aurora tasks</li><li>Aurora and Sales Tools</li><li>Enter warranty sales tools claims and close aurora job upon acceptance or rejection of claim</li><li>Administrative Duties</li><li>Order vehicle safety equipment for fleet</li><li>Order uniforms for field service technicians</li><li>Order tools for field service technicians</li><li>Order office supplies for technicians</li><li>Accounting</li><li>Maintain AP links for orders placed; amend and receive orders</li><li>Work with AR to resolve outstanding balances</li><li>Work with vendors and customers to be set up in Sandvik ERP</li></ul>Besides possessing an Associate's degree, the Service Administrator must have 3-5 years' experience in office or inventory management, preferably in an industrial environment. Experience with accounting related activities is preferred.Skills
