5+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role; • Cost accounting knowledge and experience; • Ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels; • Experience presenting accounting and financial information; • Expert knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems; • Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); • Experience and ability to lead and direct the work of others; • Experience working in a manufacturing, accounting environment; • Strong analytical, problem-solving. • Perform month end accounting closing tasks and reconciliation; • Budget and forecasting duties for assigned area; • Prepare, present and analyze financials; • Produce timely and accurate financial statements; • Review and analyze open receivables for assigned area; • Accounts payable and receivable processing; • Assist operations in preparation of financials as needed; • Monthly, quarterly and annual duties such as backlog, revenue reporting, etc.
