Responsibilities:
Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Compiling and reporting production reports on a daily basis</li><li>Completing the invoicing of all finished goods on a daily basis</li><li>Assisting with Accounts Payable when needed.</li><li>Reacting to change and handling other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor, which may include assignments in other areas</li><li>Other duties as assigned or needed.</li></ul>This is an on-site position.  

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:<ul><li>Must have intermediate to advanced math and computer skills</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree is preferred</li><li>Excellent office and math skills</li><li>Computer proficient with strong Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; At least 1 year of Excel experience</li><li>BPCS (AS400) and HMS</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload</li><li>Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Professional attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid reasoning and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Reliable attendance</li></ul>Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
