Your primary responsibilities include:

p>The Accountant II – Payroll / General Ledger supports the Finance team by performing accounting activities related to payroll, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has experience with payroll accounting, general ledger functions, ERP systems, advanced Excel, and month-end close processes.

Prepares and maintains sub-ledgers; reconciles sub-ledgers monthly to the general ledger, including researching and resolving differences. Reconciles assigned balance sheet, revenue and expense accounts in accordance with the organization's accounting policy and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
