Addresses day to day plant operational / maintenance issues involving pumps, agitators, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment as well as stationary equipment. Develop long term plans to address key loss areas.</p><p/><p>Hours: Monday to Thursday -- 6am to 4:30pm</p><p/><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Develops policies, practices and procedures that improve reliability.</li><li>Ensures robust mechanical integrity program that complies with industry codes and company standards.</li><li>Develops equipment maintenance and reliability strategies.</li><li>Establishes common SAP equipment hierarchy, BOM’s, master data, etc.</li><li>Develops resolution plans for maintenance items in the plant working with process engineers and maintenance.</li><li>Addresses day to day issues in the plant and is the “go-to” person for resolution of those issues.</li><li>Participate on teams (both capital and non-capital) to provide a maintenance perspective for requirements of the work.</li><li>Assures work is performed safely, correctly and on schedule.</li><li>Addresses issues between Nalco and Jacobs to achieve desired results.</li><li>Work with project leaders to assure contractors on site meet all safety requirements and are performing the desired work in the field properly.</li><li>Work with all levels of the organization to focus on continuous improvement and the Planned Maintenance module of TPM as well as the output of the Maintenance Catalyst effort.  Has ownership for maintenance metrics.</li><li>Equipment reliability & failure analysis<ul><li>Root Cause Analysis (RCA), failure modes, bad actor tracking</li><li>Familiar with methods like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Root Cause Analysis</li></ul></li><li>Rotating & static equipment knowledge<ul><li>Pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes</li><li>Heat exchangers, vessels, piping systems</li></ul></li><li>Predictive & preventive maintenance<ul><li>Vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography</li><li>Understanding of Reliability-Centered Maintenance</li></ul></li><li>CMMS systems<ul><li>SAP,  or similar for tracking work orders, history, and trends</li></ul></li><li>Basic engineering knowledge<ul><li>Mechanical systems, some electrical/instrumentation exposure</li><li>Ability to read P&IDs and equipment drawings</li></ul></li></ul><p/><p><b>Minimum Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>5 years related experience. supporting Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Projects</li><li>Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.</li></ul><p/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering</li><li>7years related experience.</li><li>Previous experience in maintenance, reliability, and construction</li><li>Must have successful planning, priority setting, informing, results and time management skills  </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong maintenance management skills (SAP is a plus)</li><li>Interpersonal savvy and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Action oriented for delivering results</li></ul><p/><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p/><p><b>Annual or Hourly Compensation Range</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00.
