Case File Management • Open, organize, and maintain digital case files in the case management system • Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and liens • Track treatment updates and maintain detailed client contact logs • Ensure all case deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups are documented and met Client Communication Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of the case • Provide updates, request documents, and address client questions or concerns • Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings • Deliver exceptional client experience through consistent, compassionate communication Attorney Support • Draft demand letters, correspondence, and legal documents under attorney supervision • Prepare discovery responses and assist in trial prep when needed • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and expert scheduling • Communicate with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree preferred • Talented communicator and writer • 2+ years of experience as a personal injury or workers' compensation paralegal • Knowledge of case management systems, PL law, and medical record processes • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Ability to manage a high caseload with accuracy and care • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Compensation: $18 hourly +.
