As a Workers' Compensation Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for new workplace injuries, evaluating new losses and escalating to upper-tier claims management as needed, as well as guide employees through the claims, medical, and return-to-work process. Coordinate and track the Alternate Job Search (AJS) process by engaging employees with permanent work restrictions, identifying suitable roles, documenting outreach efforts, and ensuring accountability within established program timelines.
