Weekends off</li></ul>Job Summary We are seeking an Estimator who will be a reliable, hard-working individual who wants to be part of a team. Must be detail oriented and able to properly manage several computer programs, in-office customers, and phone calls. A positive and welcoming personality is a must in our family-friendly office. Experience as an estimator and NYS independent adjuster's license is preferred.  Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Write estimates and supplements</li><li>Review Pre/Post Scans</li><li>Refer to Manufacturer procedures</li><li>Take photos and document vehicles and damage</li><li>Sort, process and file paperwork</li><li>Communicate with customers, vendors and insurance companies in person and on phone</li><li>Order, receive parts and process returns</li><li>Utilize required computer programs for various job duties</li><li>Keep work area neat and organized</li></ul> Qualifications:  <ul><li>Friendly and outgoing personality</li><li>Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Able to assess vehicle damage and affected parts to write a complete estimate/supplement</li></ul>*** Please apply here first.
