The position follows an in-person schedule workinge in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Assures the following occur and files are maintained and current at the branch:* Sign-in Sheets/Safe Work Talks, Show Site Surveys, Branch Surveys, New Team member Orientation (OSHA required) training and record keeping, Safety Committee Minutes, Driver Files (DOT and non-DOT), MVR Reviews, including enforcement of disciplinary policy and driver training classes, Vehicle Maintenance Records, AED training, inspection, and maintenance records, OSHA 300 Logs, Update records for Certificate of Insurance Program, Forklift training and certification records, Conduct periodic fire & emergency evacuation drills* Hazardous chemical inventory, evaluation of products, training, required PPE, and records, as well as hazardous chemical disposal reports and state Superfund reports* PPE distribution, maintenance, and destruction records.
