Working closely with faculty, departmental leaders, trainees, and institutional partners, the position helps coordinate operational planning, divisional reporting and analysis, faculty recruitment and onboarding activities, facilities and space-related initiatives, research education collaborations, communications, and special projects. Reporting to the Associate Director for Research Programs within the Department''s Research Division, the Manager, Programs and Research provides operational, administrative, and programmatic leadership in support of the Division''s research, scholarly, and academic missions.
