What You'll Do::
<ul><li>Serve as CHA’s primary point of contact during construction administration including overseeing customary management of RFIs, PCOs, submittals, construction observation, and other CA activities </li><li>Provide technical architectural oversight, managing on-site activities 2–3 days per week at Albany‑area project locations</li><li>Lead the design and delivery of large, technically complex projects—including a major DOT laboratory facility— from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with government regulations, zoning codes, and industry standards</li><li>Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and sound architectural judgment in solving technical challenges in the field and advancing project goals</li><li>Mentor and coordinate junior staff and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence</li><li>Travel as needed to project sites and client meetings, supporting successful project execution</li></ul>

What You Bring::

Salary Range::
