What You'll Bring: • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction• Experience managing Self Storage, industrial, tilt up, multi story storage, or similar commercial projects• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast paced project schedules• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management technology• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project execution• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern California as needed• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
