This pivotal role is uniquely focused on providing technical architectural leadership during construction, with a long‑term assignment supporting two large, highly technical projects in the Albany area (alongside additional smaller projects). This is an opportunity to serve as a key onsite architectural authority, guide complex construction efforts, mentor team members, and make a lasting impact on the built environment.

What You'll Do::
<ul><li>Serve as CHA’s primary point of contact during construction administration including overseeing customary management of RFIs, PCOs, submittals, construction observation, and other CA activities </li><li>Provide technical architectural oversight, managing on-site activities 2–3 days per week at Albany‑area project locations</li><li>Lead the design and delivery of large, technically complex projects—including a major DOT laboratory facility— from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with government regulations, zoning codes, and industry standards</li><li>Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and sound architectural judgment in solving technical challenges in the field and advancing project goals</li><li>Mentor and coordinate junior staff and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence</li><li>Travel as needed to project sites and client meetings, supporting successful project execution</li></ul>

What You Bring::
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of professional architectural experience required</li><li>Registered Architect license required; LEED accreditation preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and/or AutoCAD required; knowledge of Newforma preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand architectural requirements and resolve technical challenges on-site</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communication skills</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities</li><li>Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to architecture</li></ul>

Salary Range::
$115,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

With 42 unique rooms and 2 charming chalets, our recently renovated lodge promises a one-of-a-kind experience, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure against the backdrop of the majestic Catskills. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee operations for both Back of House and Front of House</li><li>Supervise kitchen, bars, restaurants, and event staff</li><li>Efficiently collaborate with the General Manager for banquet functions</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Guest Services Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and General Manager to elevate guest experiences</li><li>Emphasize exceeding expectations, building relationships, and driving profitability</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise all operations in the Back-of-house and Front-of-house areas, managing the kitchen, bars, restaurants, and events staff at Hunter Lodge in Hunter, NY, US.</li><li>Efficiently coordinate staff to ensure the success of banquet events in collaboration with the General Manager.</li><li>Work closely with the Guest Services Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and General Manager to create outstanding guest experiences, exceed expectations, nurture relationships, and maximize profitability.</li><li>Represent Hunter Lodge and Lark Hotels with exceptional service standards and professionalism throughout guests' stay, from reservations to departure.</li><li>Oversee the daily operations of food service revenue centers, managing activities from opening to closing.</li><li>Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing, hiring, and training food, beverage, and banquet personnel alongside the General Manager.</li><li>Provide timely feedback to staff on job performance to increase productivity and improve guest service.</li><li>Guide and mentor staff to uphold consistent service standards and efficiency, actively engaging on the floor.</li><li>Develop and implement staff schedules based on business forecasts and labor targets.</li><li>Update restaurant, cocktail, and week during the season, totaling 50-60 hours, including overseeing the floor for 4 nights.</li><li>Applicants need to be at least 21 years old.</li><li>Proficiency in English communication is
