What You'll Do:
Reposibilities<ul><li>Manage all administrative functions of the office include maintaining accounting, human resources, payroll and other duties as assigned.  </li><li>Manage HR and Accounting at the office level.<ul><li>Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable.</li><li>Process new hire, termination, and employment verification paperwork. </li><li>Track immigration status.</li><li>Process benefits (including new enrollments, open enrollment and update as required).</li><li>Assist with warning reports and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Assist employees with processing leave of absence and short-term disability claims.</li><li>Assist with other HR issues as needed.</li><li>Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with contract terms.</li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure accurate records are maintained.</li><li>Follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email.</li><li>Work with customers to resolve billing issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and provide reports on aging receivables.</li><li>Oversee building and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Maintain and update certificates of insurance.</li><li>Responsible for ordering and support for computers, phones, and other devices.  </li><li>Support administrative management of the office.</li><li>Track and update professional licenses.  </li></ul></li><li>Support Management Group with special projects, reports, meetings, and training.</li><li>Attend and participate with monthly management group meetings.  </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2 class="css-mrqknv e1tiznh50">#PSS123</h2>

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED and relevant certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) required. Bachelor’s degree (HR related) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of HR and payroll experience with an HR degree <ul><li>6 years of HR and payroll experience without an HR degree.</li></ul></li><li>If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.</li></ul>The expected pay range for this role and location is $30-$37/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
