A clean energy think-and-do tank, operating as a lean, mission-driven startup, is launching a multi-year training program for the people who make decisions about multifamily buildings across New York City: board members, building owners, property managers, and residents of condos and co-ops. Conversant across most of the following, and strong in several: NYC building performance and emissions law (including Local Law 97 and benchmarking), multifamily building governance and financing, NYSERDA and Con Edison rebate programs, energy audits, heating and hot water equipment decisions, contractor scoping and procurement, and building decarbonization trade-offs broadly.
