About the Role This is a working Salon Manager / Lead Stylist role. You will be actively styling and leading on the floor, especially during busy shifts, while managing the team’s energy, standards, and guest experience. You are the on-site leader during your shifts, trusted to make real-time decisions that keep the bar running smoothly for both guests and the team.
