Project & Operations Coordination – Own the Back End Processes that Keep us Running<ul><li>Own the administrative steps in the client engagement process from sending the contract to setting up the file and next step tasks for the hand off to our Account Manager team </li><li>Set up new client engagements in the firm’s project management system </li><li>Adjust project hours in practice management system </li><li>Track and update internal dashboards and metrics to ensure “the trains run on time” </li><li>Support documentation of firm processes, systems, and standard operating procedures </li><li>Oversee office management including supplies, mail, and vendor coordination</li><li>Manage special projects that enhance efficiency, organization, and client experience</li><li>Assist with drafting invoices for billing</li><li>Follow up on outstanding AR</li></ul><ul></ul>Sales Enablement – Support the Back End Revenue Generation <ul><li>Support sales process by logging information into the CRM system </li><li>Send client engagement letters, receive signed agreements, log into the CRM system and set up the new client file </li><li>Support client relationship management—send cards, check-ins, gifts and follow-ups that demonstrate high-touch service</li><li>Support incoming email flow to keep business moving </li></ul>The Type of Person Who Thrives at GrowthWise<ul><li>You’re smart. This includes, but not limited to Non- classified Internet Protocol (IP)Router Network (NIPRnet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet), and Langley campus-wide Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) network at both local and remote locations.</li><li>Track, assign, troubleshoot, fix and/or close trouble tickets and new requirements in appropriate electronic system.</li><li>Prepare systems (Windows and/or UNIX mission servers) for security accreditation.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Red Hat Linux, Solaris, VMware operating systems, to include Operating System (OS), application software patches, and service packs.</li><li>Review security, network, and system audits; and remedy identified anomalies IAW the timeline identified in the ticket or the maintenance response time chart. </li><li>Provide report capturing detected anomalies and resolution status.</li><li>Draft, edit, maintain, and provide input to local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</li><li>Analyze and resolve problems associated with A6 System Server architecture server hardware, operating systems, and applications software while adhering to mandated security requirements and guidelines.</li><li>Prepare, test, and implement scripts to simplify system tasks for local use IAW security policies.</li><li>Perform system backup and recovery utilizing network backup software.</li><li>Support 480 ISRW ISSM and/or 480 ISRW ISSO to identify and resolve security related server and application issues.</li><li>Provide test and evaluation support for new technology. Prepare and provide reports detailing the results of the test and evaluation including specific recommendations.</li><li>Perform assigned CSRDs to complete installation requirements for new technologies and provide results in appropriate electronic record system.</li><li>Perform assigned Problem Reports, troubleshoot systems/services, and provide results in appropriate electronic record system. </li><li>Attend meetings, on-site conferences, teleconferences and briefings as requested by Government.
