In the absence of the purchasing clerk, work closely with outlet managers and healthcare food coordinators to order coffee, tea, paper goods, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages for daily operations and special function. Maintain (stock, rotate stock, and clean) the general storeroom, walk-in coolers, and main kitchen freezer in accordance with general stocking practices and serve safe requirements, to ensure wholesome, quality food and beverage.
