Position DetailsAdvertising/Posting Title NESARE Office Manager & Contract LeadPosting SummaryThis position provides comprehensive administrative, contracting, and operational support for the Northeast SARE program. The role coordinates grantee subaward contracting in compliance with USDA / NIFA and UVM requirements, maintains grant documentation and databases, and supports program communications and reporting. Responsibilities include planning and managing large meetings and events, overseeing administrative budgets and office operations, and training and supporting staff in contracting and administrative procedures. The position works closely with the Director, Associate Directors, Sponsored Programs Administration, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient program operations and compliance.Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Bachelor's degree and three to five years related administrative experience required. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize project deliverables. Familiarity with standard office business applications including Excel, Word Processing, and Outlook.
