Responsible for supervising the front desk area, maintaining data on future room occupancy, tracking reservation requests, hire and train new sales and service associate and maintain liaison with sales, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting departments. Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
