This position oversees core business office functions including: <ul><li>Payroll processing </li><li>Accounts receivable/payables </li><li>Billing support </li><li>Human resources administration </li><li>Onboarding and personnel file compliance </li><li>New hire processing </li><li>Benefit administration support </li><li>Employee relations support </li><li>Vendor coordination </li><li>General administrative operations </li></ul>The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, professional, compassionate, and able to balance operational priorities with excellent customer service for residents, families, and associates.
