The role carries enterprise-wide scope, with direct accountability for departmental operations, financial management, program development, and talent strategy across MSK’s main campus and growing regional sites, including Main Campus, Westchester, Monmouth, and the Griffin Pavilion. Reporting to the SVP, Perioperative, Procedural and Clinical Operations and working in close partnership with the Chair of Surgery and surgical leadership, the Senior Director will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and leadership development.
