As we expand from outbound payer calls into more advanced workflow automation, multimodal evidence gathering, and inbound agent experiences, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us build, test, launch, and improve AI agent products in production. 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, implementation, solutions, technical operations, customer operations, data operations, or a similarly analytical and cross-functional role, with demonstrated ownership of complex product or workflow initiatives.
