A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field AND a minimum of four (4) years' experience working with youth; OR a bachelor’s degree in human services, or related field AND five (5) years’ experience working with children/youth; OR six (6+) consecutive years’ full-time (FT) experience with high-risk youth. Additionally, the Resource Navigator is responsible for scheduling and facilitating any appointments necessary for a youth to move into the Mothership including, youth assessments, client data collections, documentation, file maintenance, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring that the program is facilitated in a manner that meets Urban Peak’s mission.
