This role supports both outpatient palliative services across multiple hospital sites and the central region, working closely with nurse practitioners, physicians, patients, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. The health system operates 18 hospitals and 130 outpatient locations with nearly 14,000 team members, including 1,300 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
