As our Night On Call Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will help bring compassionate care, treatment, and support directly to the homes of hospice patients and their families, so the family can care for their seriously and life-threatened loved one at home, especially when facing a prognosis of six months or less. Every day, you will deliver direct patient care and expertly coordinate with a diverse team, including physicians, nurses, social workers, counselors (including dietary), chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers.
