The Construction Project Manager will manage the business, financial, contractual, and administrative aspects of assigned projects while partnering closely with the Project Superintendent, ownership, design professionals, consultants, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and facility operations teams. Projects primarily include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, independent living, garden homes, senior communities, multifamily developments, medical facilities, and other residential-style commercial construction.
