Working with the School Recruiter, Admissions Coordinator, and the Director of Student Academic Services & Success, develops, coordinates and manages admission workshops, receptions, and special recruitment events, including onsite tours for prospective students and parents; Architecture & Design Day; Admitted Student events; Opportunity Groups and Program Focused Recruitment Events; High School Visits; National Portfolio Days; Junior and Senior Days; College Fairs; and other School and KU Events. Works with departmental chairs and committees to coordinate final admission decisions and course waivers for new, international, re-admit, change-of-school and transfer students, and communicate this information to students in the Jayhawk GPS portal to help ensure consistency across teams, reduce confusion for students, and provide a more coordinated experience from admission through enrollment and advising.
