As a key member of the M&A Integration team, the Senior Manager will develop and manage value chain analyses, entanglement assessments, stranded-cost analyses, one-time cost evaluations, service grids, and transition services agreements for acquisitions and divestitures. The ideal candidate brings strong M&A execution experience, strategic thinking, financial acumen, stakeholder-management expertise, and the ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
