Overview:
***This role will require travel between London & Somerset, KY locations*** The Business Development Rep/Outreach Coordinator (OC) is a vital member of the patient acquisition team and serves as the external-facing representative of BrightView. The Outreach Coordinator’s primary role is to drive census growth by generating referrals, building brand awareness, and executing a structured sales approach to community engagement. This role requires grit, persistence, and the ability to consistently perform outreach basics such as prospecting, relationship-building, and follow-up. The Outreach Coordinator will develop new referral sources while expanding existing accounts, using a combination of sales discipline, market insights, and mission alignment to achieve measurable growth. Success in this position is defined by the ability to meet outreach activity goals, convert referral opportunities into patient admissions, and contribute to BrightView’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS:</li><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Identify, establish, and grow relationships with key referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations.</li><li>Conduct regular partner visits and check-ins to strengthen relationships and increase referral volume.</li><li>Serve as a reliable resource for referral partners, ensuring smooth access to treatment for patients.</li></ul></li><li>PROSPECTING, TERRITORY SATURATION AND SALES EXECUTION:<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Consistently execute daily outreach activities (prospecting, visits, calls, follow-ups) to achieve referral and census goals.</li><li>Map and manage a defined territory, prioritizing high-value accounts and tracking touchpoints.</li><li>Apply sales techniques including objection handling, pipeline management, and account growth strategies.</li><li>Track activities and results through CRM, producing accurate reporting on outreach effectiveness.</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach metrics related to referral generation and admissions.</li></ul></li><li>COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION:<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Develop in-depth knowledge of BrightView’s services and communicate patient pathways effectively.</li><li>Represent BrightView at networking events, conferences, and community meetings to promote awareness.</li><li>Educate stakeholders on substance use disorder treatment and BrightView’s patient-first approach.</li></ul></li><li>STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MISSION ALIGNMENT:<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Align outreach efforts with BrightView’s mission, connecting community engagement to improved patient outcomes.</li><li>Share insights from the field to support organizational planning and market strategy.</li><li>Once outreach fundamentals are mastered, develop account plans and territory strategies to maximize referral growth.</li><li>Ties personal effort to patient outcomes.</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>Resilience & Persistence: Ability to maintain motivation despite rejection and sustain high levels of activity.</li><li>Sales Acumen: Willingness to learn sales planning, objection handling, and conversion strategies.</li><li>Execution-Oriented: Consistently deliver on daily outreach commitments and achieve activity targets.</li><li>Coachability: Actively seek out feedback and eager to adapt strategies to improve results.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and build rapport.</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Capable of mapping accounts, prioritizing opportunities, and planning sales approaches.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools (trainable).</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory.</li></ul></li></ul>

Qualifications:
