The ideal Chief Executive Officer (CEO) candidate will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, assuring high quality care, sound fiscal operations, maintaining a strong referral base and compliance with Joint Commission and CMS regulations while continually monitoring the facility's services and delivery systems.Job Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values.</li><li>Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Nursing, Admissions, Business Development, Process Improvement, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes</li><li>Ensure hospital quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.</li><li>Recruit physicians and staff in targeted specialty areas, coordinate medical staff participation in new hospital ventures and targets, develop new areas of medical care to offer at the hospital.</li><li>Supervise the development of more comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed</li><li>Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success</li><li>Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential</li><li>Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis</li><li>Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers</li><li>Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution</li><li>Enforcing discipline when necessary</li><li>Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential.</li><li>Teach the knowledge and skills, nurture the confidence and character, and meet the needs of all students by utilizing SESI instructional models, strategies, and curriculum</li><li>Utilize school’s behavior management and intervention strategies including but not limited to de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and PBIS strategies.</li><li>Drive, record, and track student growth and progress towards academic, social, and emotional goals</li><li>Ensure that all students are being educated in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)</li><li>Observe classrooms on a regular basis both formally (using observation forms to provide appropriate staff feedback) and informally</li><li>Attend and participate in regional activities including weekly Director’s Meeting</li><li>Attend and participate in a monthly Goal Review with Supervisor; demonstrating consistent growth and goal completion</li><li>Forge and maintain stakeholder relationships (district officials, parents, etc.)</li><li>Maintain excellent records including financial, state licensing, student, and employee documentation</li><li>Develop, monitor, and maintain the school's budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.</li><li>Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance department to prepare financial reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to the school administration.</li><li>Assist in creating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Support staff professional development initiatives, identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops or programs.</li><li>Manage enrollment processes, including student admissions, transfers, and withdrawals.</li><li>Coordinate daily school operations, ensuring smooth communication among various departments.</li><li>Collaborate with facilities management to address maintenance and infrastructure needs.</li><li>Implement systems and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the school.</li><li>Organize and facilitate IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of special education services, progress reports, and related records.</li><li>Stay updated with best practices and research in special education, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based strategies.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of a school-wide PBIS program.(Thought partner)</li><li>Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing PBIS practices.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li></ul>SESI.WEST.1

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field required</li><li>Administration credential required (Type 75)</li><li>Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred</li></ul>

USD $108,000.00/Yr.

Physical Requirements:
