Must stay current with Ivy Tech academic programs and resources, admission and registration processes, career and higher education trends, requirements and expectations of the Indiana Department of Education, Office of Career and Technical Education, and Commission for Higher Education. They will provide outstanding customer service and follow up for students, parents, teachers, counselors, school staff, and Ivy Tech staff, and will advise and share with all stakeholders that Ivy Tech is a viable option to support students in their college and career journey.
