As a Social Services Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Social Service Coordinator and Social Workers in providing medically related social services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Minimum of one year of experience of supervised social service experience in a health care setting working primarily with the geriatric population required.
