Demonstrate assessment skills sufficient to evaluate residents’ behavior, to collect data and to evaluate psychosocial needs, risk factors for psychosocial deterioration and residents’ responses to interventions. Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Social Services Director is responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of the Social Services program in accordance with current, federal, state regulations, industry best practices.
