Summary/Objective: The Medical Social Services Provider provides comprehensive counseling and related support services to assist in meeting the identified psychosocial needs of patients and families enrolled in hospice, home health, palliative care and other Partners In Care programs/services. Masters degree in marriage and family therapy from a program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) or a marital and family therapy program fully accredited by the Counsel for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP).
