Works closely with Risk Manager and Senior Director of QRRM on non-patient and patient issues that occur Enterprise wide by assisting in investigations, communications, and follow up with patients, families, non-patients, and physicians. City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and treatment facilities in Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix.
