Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Familiarity with IQMS or similar ERP systems Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills in a manufacturing environment Hands-on approach with the ability to work directly on the shop floor Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to launch new products Assist in process design, tooling development, and manufacturing feasibility assessments Support PPAPs, first article inspections, and production trials Ensure smooth product launches with minimal disruption.
