Organize, track, and maintain technical data, including requirements specifications, drawings, change documentation, and project deliverables • Develop, maintain, and align project schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines • Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of engineering tasks and resolution of technical issues • Act as the primary technical point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program stakeholders • Support project planning, risk identification, and mitigation activities • Coordinate design reviews, technical reviews, and project status meetings • Track action items, technical decisions, and deliverables to closure • Support configuration management and change control processes • Prepare and present clear project status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Update status reports, present project status to customers, and work with LTTS project management to ensure productive and consistent customer communication. • Proven ability to organize and manage technical data across multiple projects • Strong experience aligning schedules and coordinating tasks across cross-functional engineering teams • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with project tracking tools, e.g.
