Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, client fit, and compliance • Handle roles such as Aerospace Engineers, Mechanical Systems, Structures, Manufacturing, Quality, Stress Engineers, Avionics Engineers, Design Engineers (CATIA NX SolidWorks), Program Managers, Supply Chain & QA roles • Coordinate interviews with US clients and hiring managers • Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and close offers • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure quick turnaround TAT • Ensure compliance with ITAR, export control, and US labor laws • Update ATS regularly with candidate and job activity • Meet weekly, monthly hiring targets. 3+ years of experience in US staffing recruitment Strong understanding of the Aerospace & Defense domain Experience working with US clients and MSPVMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, TN, OPT) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in US time zones Experience using ATS tools like JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL Good to Have.
