Organizational Capability* Mentor site Accountable Managers and Repair Station Managers* Provide training and coaching for Plant Managers and applicable plant staff to ensure awareness of compliance requirements* Assist the accountable managers in coordinating and managing FAA inspections, customer, and other third-party audits* Ensure technician training and certification meet regulatory expectations* Promote cross-functional collaboration with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams* Assist with planning and overseeing internal audits and compliance surveillance activities* Support timely closure of audit findings and effective root cause analysisQualifications:Basic Qualifications (Required):* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution* Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or continuous improvement role subject to FAA, EASA, DoD, or DOT regulations and compliance* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business operating under FAA Part 145/43 or in a military aviation repair station environment* Minimum of 2 years in a direct leadership position* This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8U.S.C. § 1158.Preferred Experience and Qualifications:* Experience as an Accountable Manager, Quality Engineer, Repair Station Lead, or other leadership role in a unit under FAA Part 145 / 43 or military aviation repair station environment.*
