Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Quality) or related discipline; Experience in a Defense Prime Contract environment; Knowledge of PPAP and APQP documentation; Experience with product line validation, test plans, and product qualification; Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools (e.g., Green/Black Belt); Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and A3 problem-solving tools.
