The Communications Ambassador will be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls, as well as to answer general questions regarding local entertainment, hotel hours of operation, services and facilities, hotel activations and assisting with hotel reservations including room reservations, restaurant, and Spa reservations. Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a 15,000 square feet Spa & Wellness experience, and 3 food and beverage outlets.
