Graduation from a four-year college or university with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental or Life Sciences, Construction Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related; Plus, one year of experience in construction, building maintenance projects, code enforcement or inspection work, depending on the assigned program area. Demonstrated strong familiarity, experience, and technical knowledge of commercial building electrical, life safety, envelope, plumbing, conveying and associated trades and systems with oversight of maintenance projects and contracted maintenance programs in low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings.
