This position serves as a primary point of contact for catering guests, guiding them from initial inquiry or cold call/visit, through event execution and post-event follow up for quality & guests’ satisfaction. This role bridges sales, service, and operations to ensure revenue growth, strong client retention, and seamless event experiences at both our Edmond, OK locations, with a heavy focus on our NW Edmond store.
