<div><div><div><strong>Summary:</strong></div><div><p>We are looking for quality candidates like you to join an amazing team. <strong>Full Time positions available from entry level to experienced Machine Operators in our Bear, DE facility.</strong></p><p><strong>Shift Two</strong> - 3:00 pm to 11:30 PM (Mon-Fri)</p><p><strong>Shift Three</strong> - 11:00 pm to 7:30 AM (Sun-Thu)</p><p> </p><p>Plant shifts listed above;  specific shift assignments are subject to change due to availability or business needs </p></div></div><div><div><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Set-up, operate and troubleshoot production equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.</li><li>Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.</li><li>Accurately record production data into the computer database.</li><li>Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties.  Resolve process issues and escalate as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as directed and assigned</li><li>Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div><p>Experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial related environment preferred</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalency Preferred</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed</li><li>Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol</li><li>Accurately follow work instructions</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment</li><li>Perform various other duties as assigned</li></ul></div></div></div>
