Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals</li><li>Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations</li><li>Coach for growth Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance</li><li> Train and developSupport onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives</li><li> Execute daily operations Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards</li><li>Foster inclusivity and teamworkHelp promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered</li><li>Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience</li></ul> Flexible Scheduling and Reliability<ul><li>Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours<ul><li>Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week</li></ul></li><li>Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)</li><li>Punctuality and consistent attendance</li></ul> Qualifications/Experience<ul><li> Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment</li><li>Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals</li><li>Strong sales and client service skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training</li><li>Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li></ul> While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy Inclusion & Belonging We pledge to create a beauty community where everyone’s uniqueness is celebrated, respected, and honored.
