<hr/>Job Description:Join our client's Security Team as a F-80 Security Supervisor! We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals ready to take on a full-time role and make a positive impact every day. Flexibility from Monday to Sunday is necessary, and various shifts are available (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight).Compensation:<ul><li>Pay Rate: $ 20.00 an hr</li><li>Weekly Pay</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervisor: capable of effectively overseeing a team of 9 guards.</li><li>Client on-site regularly, must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the client.</li><li>Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.</li><li>Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.</li><li>Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and educating violators on policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain detailed reports of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.</li><li>Stand on your feet for an entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>Communicate verbally and in writing fluently in English with personnel and the public.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>2 years of verifiable experience.</li><li>Must possess a F-80 & NYS Security License</li><li>Drivers License </li></ul> Additional Details:<ul><li>Compensation Option: Hourly</li><li>Average Hours Per Week: 40</li><li>Eligible for Overtime: Yes</li></ul>Ready to join our team and safeguard our clients while providing top-notch service?
