Assist District Manager in risk assessment, Supervise the selection, the contracting, the induction, the oversight and the monitoring of all aspects of the performance of subcontractors and subconsultants hired for the purpose of the project, Negotiate the final terms and conditions of the Scope Of Work (inclusions, exclusions, schedule, penalties, requirements) under the supervision of the District Manager and with the support of the District Sales Manager, Primary contact for Owner, Architect, Client, Designer, Engineer and subcontractors.
