You will work with both prospective and existing customers—conducting coverage conversations, identifying protection gaps, and recommending solutions that help customers protect what matters most. Licensing Requirements • Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 45 days of starting  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting  • Licensing guidance and support are provided to help you successfully complete the process Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will be a key driver of agency growth. Your focus will be generating new business, conducting coverage reviews, and expanding relationships with existing customers through proactive sales conversations. This is a production-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust quickly, and converting conversations into closed business.
