This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and able to support both customer needs and team workflows in a fast-paced insurance office.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes</li><li>Process policy endorsements, payments, and other administrative tasks</li><li>Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues</li><li>Generate referrals and support the sales team with leads</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system</li><li>Participate in community events and agency marketing initiatives</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Previous customer service experience required; insurance industry experience preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li><strong>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required</strong></li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software</li><li>Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain</li></ul><h4>Compensation $46,000 - $55,000</h4><p>Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
